  • Mask Wearing is optional
  • Hand sanitizer is available and its use encouraged
  • Distanced seating will be available, along with more ‘traditional’ seating
  • The doors will be open to allow ventilation
  • We will be singing hymns and other parts of our liturgy
  • At Communion, we will be distributing bread but not wine and please follow the stewards’ directions as they help keep everyone safe moving through the church.

The best way to stay in touch is to join our weekly mailing list. For more information contact Pip and Jim’s Parish Office, at info@pipandjims.org.uk.

Sunday Service

Our 10am Service is a family-friendly, inclusive service of Holy Communion is our main Sunday service.  It includes both traditional and modern hymns and worship songs.  Our services follow the seasons of the church year and our preaching aims to offer intellectual and spiritual challenge.  Everyone is welcome to stay afterwards for tea and coffee.

First Sunday

On the first Sunday of the month, we have an all-age Communion service with children involved in the prayers and an all-age address. Our informal worship group lead our singing. Sometimes there are christenings as part of this service.  It usually lasts less than an hour.

Teatime Church

Usually on the third Sunday of the month we have Teatime Church in Pip and Jim’s.  This is a really informal service for busy families and boisterous kids!  There is a half hour service involving singing, crafts and communion.  This is followed by a party tea and is over by around 5.00, so you can get home for bathtime.

Choral Evensong

Usually on the second Sunday of the month we have Choral Evensong.  This is a Book of Common Prayers service, usually without a sermon and lasts around 45 minutes.

Immerse, 6pm

Usually, on the first Sunday of the month we often have an informal service called ‘Immerse’ which lasts around and hour.  From time to time we also meet together with other churches in the south Cheltenham team for joint services hosted by one of our churches.
