We strive to be a family friendly space and to be a church that realises parenting is hard work.
Our first Sunday of the month service is held at St James School and is designed to be an informal all age service. You can find more details here.
On other Sundays of the month we are at Cheltenham College and on the second and third Sunday of the month we have our Jesus and Me Sunday school. The groups meet in nearby classrooms and the Chapel crypt after the first hymn and we bring them back in time for Communion. JAM is for children aged 2.5 upwards and we usually operate four different age groups. We tell bible stories, have discussions, do craft, play games etc using the same theme as is being used for the adults in church. The children have fun and have the opportunity to discover something more about God and the Bible. If your child would like to try Jam just come to the front of church after the first hymn. Some parents, particularly those with very young children like to come with their children. Alternatively if you would like to know more please let Susanna Morran know (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Usually on the third Sunday of the month we have a 30 minute Teatime Church service at St James school
