During Lent we will once again be having Sung Compline on a Sunday evening at 6pm, this year with traditional language. This is an ancient Monastic service at the close of the day and was first introduced by St Benedict. It uses responses, Psalms, prayers and canticles to pray the ending of the day to commit ourselves to the protection of God through the night hours. If you have not experienced it before, do come and immerse yourselves in these ancient prayers.
