Proposals for the reordered church include two free-standing pods, one to be situated in the north aisle, housing a kitchen/servery and one in the south aisle, containing the parish office. The upper floor of each of these pods will comprise a fully glazed rectangular meeting room accessed by a staircase.
It is hoped that these upper floor meeting rooms will be used by church groups, including Sunday School (JAM), youth groups, and groupings within the congregation as well as some community groups.
In order for the congregation to gain an impression of the space available in these rooms, we have taped out their dimensions on the floor of the Eva Clark room in Church House. Please take a few moments to read our information sheet, look at the spaces enclosed by our tape and let us know your thoughts on the spaces indicated, by answering the questions on our feedback form. Copies of the information sheet and feedback form are available on the table outside the Eva Clark room or from the parish office, and should be returned by 18th January at the latest.
