For those who are unable to get to a main service on Sunday, there is the 12-noon service of Holy Communion on a Wednesday; this last about 40 minutes.
On the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month, a light lunch of soup, cheese and a roll, as well as a drink is usually available after the service in church. There may be occasions when this is not available, so please check with News for the Pews or contact the office to confirm. This is an opportunity for people to enjoy being together – good conversation and good food! All are welcome.
On every 4th Thursday of the month there will be a coffee morning held in Church House from 10am-12pm. Everyone is welcome to come along and pop in for a cuppa and a chat.
CAMELOT is a group for people who like to meet together, particularly on a Sunday. Light lunches at 12 noon or afternoon teas are offered and there is a list of dates at the back of the Church. Please do collect a copy of the list with full details – and add them to your diary! Transport may be available: please check with Liz.
News for the Pews can be sent via email for those who are able to access the internet. It is emailed out the Friday preceding the Sunday it is issued. If you are unable to access the internet, it can be posted to you. Please let Laura in the office know if you wish to join the post mailing list.
If you know anyone who would like contact with the Pastoral Visiting Team, please let Liz know.
If you wish to have your name added to the Prayer List [printed on page 2 of News for the Pews], please let Liz know. We cannot put people on the list without their permission; there may be exceptions but contact Liz in the first place and we can discuss this.
