Once in every 6 years the preparation of the new church electoral rolls takes place. This means that everyone has to come off the existing roll and re-apply. If you have never been on the roll, now is a good time to sign up.
What is the electoral roll?
The electoral roll is a list of the church’s voting members.
Why should I be on it?
Membership of the electoral roll entitles you to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting. It provides an indication of the real membership and strength of our church. And it is an outward sign of your commitment to Pip and Jim’s.
Who can sign up?
You must be over 16, baptised and a lay member of the congregation. You must have attended P&J regularly for at least 6 months if you do not live in the parish.
To be included on the new roll, please fill in the form in your N4P, or pick one up at the back of church. Completed forms can be left in the labelled box on the admin desk in church or posted/delievered to Laura c/o the Rectory by 19 March
