Foodbank – New Arrangements

In the present situation, and during the suspension of Church services, new ways have to be found to get gifts of food to those who need it most.  I am very pleased to say that the volunteers working at the Foodbank have come up with a simple solution.  Although it means much more work for them, they are now going to open every day from Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm, both to receive food parcels from individuals, and to hand out food to those who need it most.  So your personal contribution would be most welcome at those times.

Alternatively, as you know, you can make a gift when you go shopping at one of the big supermarkets.  Another suggestion, which some members of Pip and Jim’s already do, is to make a donation or standing order with their bank.  Look for “Donate” on the Foodbank website, https://cheltenham.foodbank.org.uk/, and follow the instructions.  Thank you for your continuing support.
