Bread at Bethesda – 9 August 2017 onwards!

Great news! As many of you now know, prayers have been answered for premises in which to base the Welcoming Bread Group [interim name]: Bethesda Church have invited us to use their kitchen.  Please continue to pray as we move forward – for the group and also for those who will come to join us.  Thank you, Bethesda – and thank you God, for giving you that heart. We are moving into Bethesda on Wednesday 9 August 2017 at 09.30am, for our first baking session.  The next two sessions after that are 23 August 2017 and 13 September 2017.  We will enter via the door to the right of the main church building.  Please come and enjoy this new space. As usual, please would you bring with you a bowl/ container, able to hold the dough to make an 800 g [large] loaf?  An apron is good as well, though rings are best left at home or covered! New comers, you are welcome to sign up – with or without experience. Tea or coffee always available – and really getting to grips with that kneading so that you can take dough home to prove and cook.  Please bring your diaries, so that we can get dates into the diary and plan our opening in October to guests. Sign-up on the sheet at the back of Church – or email me at

fizzmitchell@gmail.com. Looking forward to seeing you – Liz
