Assisted Dying Bill

On Friday 11th September a Private Members Bill on Assisted Dying is due to be debated and voted upon in the House of Commons. Sue Ryder, as a Charity and Organisation who provide Palliative and End of Life Care, has decided to take a neutral position but urges everyone to become involved in the debate which could have far reaching consequences for sick, disabled and vulnerable people. They’d like to encourage you to make your views known to your MP so that an informed decision can be made when it comes to the vote, and encourage attendance for the debate on the day.
